Two Games Are Available Today With Xbox Game Pass (January 16)

Welcome to your latest Xbox Game Pass update for January 2024! We have two new titles coming to the library today including the fantastic Resident Evil 2, which arrives on Game Pass roughly five years after its initial Xbox One launch.

Here's a quick introduction to your latest Xbox Game Pass additions:

Resident Evil 2 (Console, PC, Cloud)

I'll probably give both of these a go. I've just started Dead Space though, and I can't cope with survival horrors the way I used to! So maybe something calmer when I've finished that. 😀

Has anyone played Thise Who Remain? I am wondering if it is more survival horror or dig novel/walking sim (leaning toward gameplay or story). Somewhat interested but never heard of it. I'm in a similar boat with the recent gamepass add, I think it was Close to the Sun?

@LaurenceJ1987 I don't want to rag on Dead Space, but RE2 is where it's at. You will not be disappointed. The game is a masterpiece.

Is it Resident Evil 2 or REmake2?
I'm not home and haven't been for a week. I'll be home next week.
For some reason I couldn't log in to Pure XBOX on my phone for almost 2 months now... Now all of a sudden I can.

@Spider-Kev I have logging in problems on my phone sometimes too, can never quite figure out what’s going on but it seems to eventually let me return

I think it’s the full remake of resi evil 2. I think I want to try it for the nostalgia as I clearly remember playing the demo of the original and everyone at school talking about it, but I also don’t really do horror and not sure I can cope with it
